Most communities are operational in less than an hour. You create your organization, import your residents from a CSV or Excel file, and you can start using it immediately. We guide you through every step if needed.

Agora accepts imports from Excel, CSV, and Google Sheets for your resident lists and financial data. For existing property management software, we offer assisted migration on request.

You set up each amenity with its available hours, booking rules (how far in advance, maximum duration, etc.), and any fees. Residents log in, see the calendar, and reserve their slot. They get automatic confirmations and reminders. Double-booking is impossible.
